There are over 20 available flash patterns on all Quantum products. Programming the flash pattern, whether by the software or by the function wire, is really simple. Let me show you how that's done. So I have two options of programming a flash pattern. I can do it by the computer system software program, or I can do it by a mode wire. If I want to do it by a mode wire, I need to program that mode wire as a pattern selector. Lemme show you how that's done. Once I've plugged in my bar, I'll go ahead and configure it based on whatever color configuration I desire. In this case, I'll go with amber, red, and blue. My next step, I can then select my input front flashing as my mode, the pattern I wish to program and the brightness level. I can then click the module that I wish to program and select what colors I want illuminated. In this case, I'm gonna go with all 3 colors at the same time, have my input, my mode, flashing my pattern at half, half, triple, and my brightness level. Notice I have a whole host of different patterns to pick from. One of my favorite patterns is the cluster mix, so I'll run with that one. I'll program my device. Once I'm done, I'll activate live mode to see that color sequence activated. In this case, I have red, blue, and amber, all illuminating in a cluster mix pattern. If I want a different flash pattern, I can go down the list, I can select the attack pattern, brightness 10%, and program it. I can activate live mode to see that in action. Once your bar is installed in your car, you can't really go back and plug it back in to change flash patterns. If you want to change flash patterns on the fly, you need to program a function wire with the flash pattern mode. Lemme show you how we do that. Going back to the software program, I know Inputs 1 through 10 are the wires available on my harness. I'll click Input 10 as my pattern selector switch. I'll click on mode pattern changer and program my device. It's as simple as that. Now that function wire, every time it's tapped to 12 volts will cycle through the 20 available flash patterns. And that concludes how you program patterns on the Quantum Lighting Series.
