We offer four different sizes in the stick light family, starting with 18 inches on the 400, 28 inches on the 600, 38 inches on the 800, 64 inches on the Rocker Panel series. Clearly 4 modules come in the 400, 6 in the 600, 8 modules in the 800, 8 modules in the Rocker Panel series, just spread out a little bit further apart. Wiring up every one of these light sticks is identical to one another. The only difference is the module count, so I'm going to use the 600 as my example today. Your stick light series comes with a 14 pin, eight foot harness. The harness configuration has two wires to go to your battery, two wires for your USB module for configurating and programming, and 10 programmable modes. The only type of servicing that you would want to do on your stick light series is replacing a module. I'll show you how that's done. To do so, unscrew the side with the harness, exiting the bar, locate the module that has the issue, and slide the modules out one at a time until you gain access to that module. Because the module's epoxy sealed in the back and sealed to the controller. The only way to service a module is to cut it from the harness and replace the module itself. Once that's done, slide the module back into the lighting assembly. Reconnect your side bracket. Let's talk about the optional bracket mounts that you have available on the stick light series. Every light stick comes with a bolt assembly that mounts on the rail located in the back of the stick light. On that rail, you can mount an L bracket, a double L bracket for a height adjustment, a window bracket with VHB tape, a headliner bracket, and last we offer adjustable rotating brackets, a tall one for height adjustment or a short one that mounts on any kind of base or platform. The end cap brackets do come in a set two large and two short ones with the respected screws that mounted to the side of stick light. And that concludes what comes with your light stick and how to service it.
