Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. You will also receive an invoice with tracking information to your email at the end of the shipment day.

We engineer and manufacture our product out of Austin, TX. We warranty all our LED products for 5 years after the date of purchase. All speakers, sirens, flashers, and controllers are warrantied for 2 years.
To return a product under warranty for repair, please submit a RMA. A RMA number will be generated and emailed to you. Indicate the number on the package and ship back to our facility at 6320 E. Stassney Building 1 Austin, TX 78744. Once received, you will receive email notifications upon each stage of the product’s repair or replacement. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment. We cover shipping charges on the return shipment.

You will be issued an RMA number starting with ""FEN."" When returning the defective unit, please write the RMA number on a visible location on the box.

Feniex Industries offers a 30-day return policy on new, unused products. If products are returned within a 7-day window, Feniex waives the minimum 20% restocking fee. If the product is returned after 7 days, then the customer will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee pulled from the return credit. Customers may return unused products purchased within the last (30) days by sending them back to Feniex Industries at the address below. Original packing slips must be included in order to process your return request. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Feniex packaging. Returns are at the customer's expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue an exchange in accordance with this policy. We recommended insuring your package and sending it via a trackable method of your choice.
