What Your Warranty Covers

All products are warrantied to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.
10 years — Quantum Series products purchased at the Full unlock level (rocker panels excepted).
5 years — every other lighting product, Q Series lightheads and SynQ controllers included, from the date of original sale.
2 years — speakers, sirens, non-SynQ controllers, all rocker panels, and specialty products.
