This Privacy Policy describes how Feniex Industries, Inc. collects, uses, and shares the personal information of users and visitors of www.feniex.com and Feniex services. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to run the business and serve you, we do not sell your personal information, and every choice you have is listed in one place — Section 8.

Phone numbers collected through our SMS consent process — including mobile opt-in numbers — are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you consent to receive texts from Feniex, messages may include appointment confirmations, order and delivery updates, service notifications, and support responses. Message frequency varies (up to 10 messages per week), and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP or call 1.800.615.8350 for assistance.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect it — but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our service may contain links to sites we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Opt out of marketing email. Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. Please allow ten (10) business days for the change to take effect. If you opt out of marketing email, we may still send important administrative messages — order confirmations, warranty and RMA updates, and account notices — from which you cannot opt out.
Opt out of text messages. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any Feniex text message.
Opt out of physical mail. To stop receiving physical mail or catalogs, contact us using the information in Section 10.
Close your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 10. Closing your account removes the benefits associated with being an account holder.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or national privacy law — such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, or to limit certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10, and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page, and the version identifier printed in the header of this document controls which revision applies. Changes are effective when posted. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
