Download PDFIn this video, I plan to explain the difference between the configurators for the single, dual, tri and quad. And what features and functions come standard with each configuration type. Since the single color configurator is the default type, I'll go ahead and start with this option. For starters, you have the ability to select between any single color per module location. You have the ability to pick a module and select red, blue, amber or white in a module spot. You also have the ability to assign a takedown. You can click the takedown multiple times to apply different locations of the takedown. Alleys also are an available option in the single color configurator along with stop, turn, tail light functions. If I click the stop, turn, tail multiple times, I can move its location to different spots of the bar. Now I went ahead and configured a single color bar with the standard configuration. Two takedowns, alleys, half red and half blue with stop, turn, tail lights and an amber directional bar. After I have configured the bar I will then move on to the next step. In that option I have my inputs to select from, my multiple modes, patterns, and brightness levels of each individual mode. I'm going to go ahead and upgrade this bar to dual color to show you that configuration type now. In the dual color state I'm given six radio buttons here to select. These are the six multiple dual color options available for you to select per module location. Simply click the module spot and select which dual color option you wish to appear. In this case if I want an amber-white I simply select the radio button of amber-white and I click the multiple options available here. Programming your takedown, alleys, directional, all happen in the next step. I've gone ahead and configured this bar to a front amber-white and a rear amber-blue configuration. I'll now move on to the next step and there I'll have my drop-down inputs, my multiple modes, patterns and of course brightness levels all now become available for me to configure this bar based on the configuration I programmed in the previous step. Let's go ahead and move on to tri-color configuration. I now have four radio buttons to select from. These are the four possible tri-color configurations from the amber, blue, white and red options. I select the module I wish to configure and select the appropriate color configuration of tricolor that I want per that module. I've gone ahead and configured my entire light bar with a red blue white configuration in the front so that I can have flood for example and a red blue amber configuration in the rear so that I can have warning modes of blue and red along with an amber directional. I'll now click next. In this step here I'm given again my drop down inputs, my multiple modes, patterns and brightness configurations. All these modes are now available for me because I've configured my light part in the previous step. And last, let's go ahead and look at the quad configuration. Right away you'll notice the quad does not have a previous step. That's because in quad mode you have access to all the colors of every specific location. Start by selecting the input you wish to apply, then of course for example a mode front flashing, your pattern that you wish and the brightness level. Now you have the four different colors to select from between every function in every mode. You can click all or single module configuration. I'll I'll keep all on for now. And every single time I click a color, it populates in every single module spot. I could go tri color, dual color, or even single color if I wish to. I can also program a specific module to be deactivated. I can also program a specific module to function in single, dual, tri, or even quad next to a single color configuration. Programming in quad is very versatile because you have the ability to select any color configuration or multiple colors in a single mode. That concludes the different features and functions of programming and configurating a single dual, tri or quad color configuration.
