Who we are

Feniex (pronounced "FEE-niks") Industries, started in 2008 in Austin, TX with the purpose of creating an innovative emergency and public works product line. Working with Phillips and MicroChip, our engineers created a superior LED product line with apex quality and durability, and after two years of intensive research and development, Feniex is proud to launch these initial products into the industry. Feniex comprises of a team of dedicated engineers, devoted employees and a quality-assured product line. All of our led vehicle lighting products incorporate Phillips engineered, 4-watt LEDs, an advanced MicroChip processor and AccuTechnology, allowing for optimal led performance, clarity and reliability. Our products are manufactured across the United States, including our hometown Austin, TX. We cater to two sectors, emergency and public works. Our LED warning lights and equipment are applicable for use by police officers, security officials, firefighters, EMS, construction workers, and towers/wreckers. Learn more about our partners.

Warranty

Feniex Industries, Inc. provides a 5-year, no-hassle warranty on all its LED products, including LED series, LED beacons, LED hide-a-ways and lightbars. A standard 2 year warranty is offered on all computer/hardware systems, as well as sirens, controllers, speakers and horns,and a 1 year warranty is provided on strobe, flashers and switch products. An extended warranty may be purchased for a nominal fee at the time of your order. In the event that a product fails within its warranty period, the customer may return the product for replacement or repair by following our return policy (listed below). If you are unsure of the warranty status of your product, please contact us, and a representative will provide you an updated, current list of active products.

Shipping

We ship using the services provided by Fed-Ex, which are the following for domestic packages (next day air is not available for international packages):

5-7 day Standard Shipping
3-4 day Express Shipping
1-2 day Next day Air

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified on our web site or via e-mail. Orders with next day air shipping may be sent out in 1-2 business days, as long as availability of the product is stated on its web page. If there is a production/back-ordered date specified on a product page, then please be advised that the product will be shipped out on that date if not before. Please notify us immediately if you receive a package damaged during the shipping process.

Return Policy

A return merchandise number (RMA), a completed RMA form and a copy of a sales receipt/invoice is required before a product can be returned.Please call 1.800.615.8350 to request an return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from one of our customer service representatives. Make sure to mail the completed form and a copy of your sales receipt/invoice along with the product you are returning. Returns must be sent back using Fed-EX or UPS or USPS Express. Returns of a non-defective item may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
